The name change carried no alteration to the Trust's objectives, statutory registrations, approvals, licences or banking arrangements.

Tri-Impact Global holds registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, authorising it to receive international contributions for charitable purposes. The organisation is also registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as an approved CSR implementing organisation, enabling companies to direct qualifying expenditure through Tri-Impact's programmes.
