Tri-Impact Global, tri-impact.org
Version 1.0. Effective from 29 October 2026.
These terms set out how you may use the Tri-Impact Global website and the material on it. They apply to tri-impact.org.
1. About these terms
The website is published by Tri-Impact Global ("Tri-Impact"), a public charitable trust acting through its trustees, with its registered office at B-08, 7th Floor, Signature Tower, Wegmans Business Park, Knowledge Park-III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India. Its registration details are set out on the Legal and Compliance page of this website.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
How Tri-Impact handles personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the website or accepting these terms is not consent to any processing of personal data. Consent to analytics is given only through the cookie choice the Privacy Policy describes.
2. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Tri-Impact and its work, to download the documents it offers and to contact Tri-Impact. You may share links to its pages freely.
When you use the website, you must not:
- use it in a way that breaks any law, or that harms Tri-Impact or the people and partners shown on it
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, introduce harmful code, or disrupt how it works
- collect names, contact details or images of people shown on the website, or use them for marketing or any purpose those people have not agreed to
- copy the website's content in bulk by automated means, including to train artificial intelligence models, without Tri-Impact's written permission
- present yourself as acting for Tri-Impact, or suggest that Tri-Impact has authorised, certified, sponsored or endorsed you, your products or your work when it has not
Ordinary indexing by search engines and the use of accessibility tools are not affected by these restrictions. Tri-Impact may restrict access to the website for anyone who does not follow these terms.
If you notice a security problem with the website, please report it to contact@tri-impact.org. Do not access further information or disrupt the website to demonstrate it.
3. Information on the website
The website describes Tri-Impact, its programmes, initiatives and partnerships.
The information is provided for general information about Tri-Impact's work. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. It is not an offer to enter into any agreement, and it is not a commitment by Tri-Impact to fund, partner in or deliver any activity.
Descriptions of programmes, initiatives and results show Tri-Impact's work in particular places and periods. They do not certify any person, product, organisation, project or supply chain, and they do not verify an environmental or social claim made by anyone else.
Before relying on any information for a funding, partnership or investment decision, please contact Tri-Impact directly.
4. Enquiries and engagement
When you submit the website's enquiry form, your enquiry is sent to Tri-Impact, which handles it as the Privacy Policy describes. If the form cannot send your enquiry, it offers to prepare the same email in your own email application instead.
An enquiry, a reply from Tri-Impact, or any discussion that follows does not create a partnership, grant, contract or other legal relationship. Any engagement with Tri-Impact takes effect only through a written agreement signed by people authorised to act for Tri-Impact. Where such an agreement exists, it governs its own subject matter and these terms do not override it.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. If a proposal needs confidential handling, contact Tri-Impact to agree how to share it before you send the confidential material. Sending an enquiry does not give Tri-Impact ownership of your material or permission to publish it.
The website does not accept donations or payments.
5. Rights in the website's content
Rights in the text, photographs, documents, graphics and design of the website belong to Tri-Impact or to their respective owners, including the artists whose works are shown and the organisations whose names and logos appear. The Tri-Impact name and logo belong to Tri-Impact.
You may view, download and print pages and documents from the website for your own reference, and share them within your organisation, for example as part of a funding or partnership review. Please keep the reference to Tri-Impact and do not change the content. You may quote short extracts with a clear reference to Tri-Impact as the source.
Any other use needs Tri-Impact's written permission in advance. This includes publishing, adapting or selling the content, and any use of artworks, photographs of people, or the names and logos of Tri-Impact or its partners on their own or apart from the page where they appear. To ask for permission, write to contact@tri-impact.org.
Where a document carries its own licence or permission statement, that statement governs how the document may be reused. Nothing in these terms restricts uses that the law allows without permission, such as those covered by copyright exceptions.
6. Downloads, videos and other websites
Documents offered for download, such as reports and programme material, are provided for reference on the same terms as the rest of the website.
Videos on the website are provided by YouTube and play under YouTube's own terms and policies. Some pages show summaries of articles published on other platforms, and link to them.
The website links to Tri-Impact's pages on social media and publishing platforms, and to partner and reference websites. Those websites are operated by others under their own terms and policies. Tri-Impact is not responsible for their availability or practices, or for content published there by others.
7. Content prepared with digital tools
Tri-Impact may use digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools, to help prepare, edit or translate content on this website. Tri-Impact reviews website content before it is published and takes editorial responsibility for it. How Tri-Impact uses such tools in relation to personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability of the website
Tri-Impact may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, including for maintenance. The website is offered as it is, and Tri-Impact does not undertake that it will always be available or free of interruption or error.
9. Liability
The website is provided free of charge for general information. To the extent the law allows, Tri-Impact is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website or of any download, from reliance on its content, from any interruption of the website, or from the content of other websites it links to.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, or affects any rights you have that cannot be waived.
10. Reporting a concern
If you believe that content on the website is inaccurate, or that it uses material in a way that affects your rights, write to contact@tri-impact.org with the page address and the details of your concern. Tri-Impact decides whether any change is needed.
Requests about personal data, including photographs or details of you, are handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Changes, governing law and disputes
Tri-Impact may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The version and effective date at the top show the current text. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. An update applies from its effective date and does not change any separate agreement or document licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website or these terms. If you live outside India, this does not remove the protection of laws in your country that cannot be set aside by agreement.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
